When you submit the inquiry form we collect the details you enter: your name, business email address, company, country or region, product interest and the project requirements you describe. If you email us, we receive your address and message. If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy and we see the phone number and messages you send. If live chat is enabled and you use it, the messages you send and the contact details you provide in the chat are collected by Tidio, the provider that operates the chat widget.
We use inquiry details only to answer your request, prepare a quotation and, if you become a customer, to fulfil an order. We do not sell your information, and we do not use the content of inquiry or chat messages for advertising.
Our website hosting provider processes technical data in order to serve the pages. If live chat is enabled, chat messages are processed by Tidio, which operates the chat widget under its own privacy policy, and chat records are held in our own account with that provider. WhatsApp and email correspondence is processed by those providers respectively.
Inquiry and chat records are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and to meet our accounting and legal obligations. Retention periods will be confirmed with our legal advisers before launch.
